The StorageWorks UltraSCSI HSZ70 controller offers a choice of RAID levels,
including disk striping, disk mirroring, DIGITAL Adaptive Parity, non-RAID
arrays, and even intermixed arrays. Battery-protected, mirrored write-back
cache minimizes performance lags and ensure the valuable business data isn't
lost due to an unexpected power failure. Disk partioning allows users to
guarantee capacity for specified applications or users, while optimizing
subsystem use by aggregating available capacity to a logical disk.
StorageWorks UltraSCSI controllers support dual-redundant configurations
with automatic failover, ensuring continuous controller operations and
delivering dramatic performance increases.
